What is the Scars Lifetime Guarantee?

We stand behind everything we build. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you manage to wear your gear out, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that certain closeout items may be marked as final sale.

Are your rucksacks waterproof?

Our rucksacks are highly water-resistant thanks to the use of 1000D CORDURA® and special coatings, though they are not submersible. Your gear will stay dry in most rain conditions.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
