Returns & Exchanges

At GORUCK, we stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all gear in new, sellable condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
