Cleaning instructions

Your Spy Ruck is made to be used and used hard. At GORUCK, our gear is built tough for tougher people. Here’s how to care for your Spy Ruck when you are ready to clean it.

1. Prep the Solution. Fill a tub or sink with room temperature (not hot) water and mix in a little mild soap, dish soap or even shampoo works. No bleach. Ever. Bleach is the enemy.
2. Wash the Evidence. Apply the soapy water directly to the vest and give it a good hand wash. No machines. Just you and some elbow grease. Rinse with clean water.
3. Exfil & Air‑Dry. Hang it up and air-dry. Let the sun do its thing if you’ve got it, no dryers. The materials won’t bleed, fade, or rust. Consider it a tactical reset between rucking missions.
